Our 4 beautifully appointed treatment rooms are a haven of peace and tranquility – the perfect environment for your spa treatments. Feel your stresses and strains melt away as the gentle aromas and soft music remove you completely from today’s hectic lifestyle. As well as single rooms we also have a double room for those wishing to share there experience with a friend or loved one.

The Thermal Suite

Our exclusive Thermal Suite is an advanced heat and cooling experience that will help you to relax and unwind. It features an, aroma steam room, sauna, feature shower and ice fountain. This area is available for you to use at any time during your Breathe Spa experience.

Serail Mud Chamber & Aromatherapy Bath

Two wonderful experiences ideally taken with a friend or partner. Serail mud treatments involve the application of healing muds, chalks and salts to your body which are allowed to dry before being steamed off in the mud chamber. The constantly heated Aromatherapy bath is the perfect place to unwind. Your therapist will prepare ingredients including petals, essential oils and milks, light the tea-lights and let you soak away your stresses and strains.

Swimming Pool & Whirlpool Bath

Alongside the Thermal Suite you will find our pool area, perfect for either gentle exercise or relaxation. Our swimming pool is heated to a temperature that won’t leave you too hot if you wish to exercise or too cool if you simply want to take it easy. In addition to the pool, you will find a bubbling whirlpool bath to help you de-stress and unwind.

The Relaxation Room

During your time with us, spend a while in the relaxation room, a haven of peace and tranquility. The soothing music and comfortable seating make it the ideal area to unwind in between treatments or chill out after a session in the thermal suite. Champagne and strawberries can be served here for the ultimate pampering.

Fully Equipped Health Club

Our air-conditioned gymnasium features state-of-the-art CV and resistance equipment as well as a free-weights area. Our friendly staff are professionally trained to help you to achieve your personal fitness goals whatever they may be. They’ll give you a personal fitness assessment and then help you to stick with it every step of the way.
