Springs makes a great venue for get-togethers, pampering sessions and sports breaks. Over eighty beauty therapies from all the leading product houses are available, plus an exclusive range including the signature Seaweed Floatation.

For those wishing to get active, Springs offers something to suit everyone. You can enjoy a swim in the luxurious 25-metre pool or relax in the whirlpool. There is also a state-of-the-art thalassotherapy pool, popular with men and women. Light floods into the spa suites providing breathtaking views of the Leicestershire countryside. Football lovers will enjoy the full-size football pitch, which attracts leading premier and international teams. You can also enjoy a game of badminton and table tennis, or try out the practice golf holes.

At Champneys we are always looking to improve the services we provide and the facilities available within our health resorts. With this in mind we have recently refurbished the gym at Springs.

Not only has the gym been extended to create greater space for guests and members to work out in, but it now also offers a new range of gym equipment from Cybex, a premier supplier of fitness equipment including both cardiovascular equipment with personal audio/visual solutions and resistance stations. Louise Day, Champneys Wellbeing Director, says, “Our aim is to offer members and guests the best facility possible in terms of service and equipment. Our new partnership with Cybex and their continued training support means that we can now provide this.”

For the summer months, you can enjoy peaceful walks, cycling, tennis, or even croquet. Springs is like a breath of fresh air and you will leave feeling refreshed and revitalised.

Facilities include 98 bedrooms, 25 metre indoor swimming pool with whirlpool, Thalassotherapy, two exercise studios, gymnasium, conference and full sized football pitch.
