Academy Spa Experience - The original Academy Spa is located in The Academy health club, Harrogate, North Yorkshire - one of the UK's most famous Spa towns.

As the stresses and strains of modern life relentlessly increase, we are looking beyond traditional sports and fitness techniques to make more time for relaxation and de-stressing. A growing number of people - including men - are adding a spa experience to their daily health routine in order to reduce pressure and foster a better sense of well-being.

With 11 treatment rooms, a dry float, three manicure rooms, and two sunbed rooms, Academy Spa has all the necessary facilities to cater for individual treatments, half or full day packages. Visitors are welcomed into a beautifully designed environment that inspires a sense of peace and guarantees a memorable experience.

Visitors can enjoy a wide variety of different treatments and therapies. These include the popular healing power of touch, where massage and reflexology ease body and mind towards a better balance. Then there are other treatments like aromatherapy that utilise the elements of the natural world to ease the body.
